| We provide a wide variety of
services to our clients, most of which our own staff
are qualified to carry out. Some of the more
specialised areas such as web design are carried out
by our partners under our supervision. If you have
specific requirements that are not listed below,
please contact us to see if we are able to point you
in the right direction or if we can source a
solution for you from one of our partners. |
Most of our support contract
clients enjoy an all encompassing service, we look
after all aspects of your IT infrastructure for a
relatively minimal annual fee. This is based on the
amount of equipment you own and which areas of IT
you would like us to look after for you. Most
clients like us to become their IT department and
look after all aspects but some prefer to use their
own web design company for instance, in this case we
would liaise with the web design company with regard
to technical matters on behalf of the client, but
wouldn't get involved in any changes that needed to
be made to the website.
Our contracts are designed around your needs and a
free audit is carried out to ascertain which
contract would be best for you and your company. If

The vast majority of
companies in today's business environment require a
server, even if there are only 4 or 5 computers in a
network a server can provide vital security, file
sharing and printing capabilities and they're not as
expensive as you might think. A simple small
business server for a network of 5 workstations or
less can help reduce your running costs by
simplifying day to day tasks such as printing, file
sharing, anti-virus protection, firewall, internet
access, e-mail distribution & faxing to name but a
few. All our servers are built to order and are
designed around the needs of your company, again an
on-site audit is carried out in order for us to
supply you with the server that is best suited to

Workstations are simply computers that are used in a
business environment, generally with a server based
network. We design and build our workstations to
suit your needs. We can supply low end workstations
that can be used for tasks such as Word, Excel,
e-mail & internet access right up to high end
workstations that can be used for high level
graphics such as GIS or Geographical Information
Systems or Graphic design applications that an Apple
Mac may have been traditionally used for.

websites up to 5 pages we would tend to carry out
the task ourselves, for the higher end, higher
functioning websites we would refer you to one of
our business partners who specialise in web design
in order to provide you with the best service
possible |
| We are now able to offer
competitive website and e-mail hosting using our
managed server which is hosted at Zen internet. Our
mail server is also capable of offering a fully
managed, real-time spam prevention facility as well
as anti-virus scanning for a nominal fee per
mailbox. |
| Many telephone systems are
offering a converged or integrated solution which
becomes part of your business computer network in
order to offer services such as VOIP (Voice over
IP). We are able to offer telephone system design
and implementation services through one of our
Communications specialist business partners. |
| We are all concerned with
data protection and security, we deal with all
aspects of this for you. When you employ us to look
after your systems, we will ensure your anti-virus,
backup, anti-spam and firewall systems are all fully
operational and kept up to date. We also ensure your
systems are kept up to date with security patches
and other critical updates. |
| There are many different
types of backup system that can be utilised by
companies, we use our experience and technical
expertise to offer a consolidated approach to
backup. For most of our clients we ensure at least 2
systems of backup are in place and that we monitor
them for failure on a daily basis. |
If your printing needs are
such that a colour photocopier can be justified, we
have just the solution for you. Today's digital
colour copiers can offer a wide range of facilities
including fax, scanning, A3 full colour printing,
Network printing for all users.
If you need a document management solution that
works then please get in touch. We find all too
often that companies have to pay for storage of
paper records when those records can be easily and
inexpensively transferred to electronic media using
one of our specialist partner companies. |

here to help - Don't try to recover the data
yourself - Switch the machine off and call us. We
can assess the situation and either recover the data
ourselves or we may have to employ the services of
our specialist data recover partner. |
