Servicing

Over time PC's & servers begin to slow down and go wrong, much like a car in order to get the most out of them they require servicing.
We recommend at least a 12 month service interval to keep your systems up to scratch.
We can either come to you or you can use our new Drop In Centre.

Service Contracts

Does your business require the peace of mind of having an IT specialist looking after your network?
With our bespoke service contracts we can provide you with a Floating IT Manager who will effectively look after, maintain and make sure your infrastructure is working efficiently and reliably all year round.
With a service contract you are provided with a yearly service of you systems, free telephone and remote support & reduced callout & onsite rates.

Onsite Visits

We can provide you with the hassle free option of an onsite visit, no need to unplug everything we will come to you.
Our technicians are experienced with supporting Home PCs, Home Offices, through to multi-site Businesses in the UK and Ireland.

PC Drop In Centre

Our Drop In Centre is aimed at giving the customer the freedom of popping in and explaining an issue, leave it with us and usually we will have the issue fixed the same day ready for collection.
We provide a number of services at the drop in centre including, servicing, hardware/software diagnosis, and also advice. So pop in and say hello, we are located on the Exeter to Exmouth road just past the Nutwell Lodge.

Telephone & Remote Support

Our Helpdesk is there to help you with any issues that may arise, whether they are for workstations, servers or any other part of the network. If you have an internet connection then we can connect online - this facility allows us to respond and resolve minor network/PC issues more quickly, saving you the cost of a site visit.
