Many problems can be fixed quickly with a Remote Support session from one of our
technicians.
Using the Join.Me system from LogMeIn you can generate an Access Code that allows
us to view your screen (so much easier than having to explain the issue just over
the phone). You can also then allow us access to your mouse and keyboard to fix
the problem.
We charge for Telephone & Remote Support at a rate of £10.00 per 15 minute block (Support
Contract clients are entitled to 12 Hours Free per year).
