Do you do support contracts?
Yes we do, our support contracts are designed to offer you
the best service possible for the lowest price possible. We do this by combining
remote access support and on-site support at different rates. All support
contracts are subject to an on-site audit which will be carried out free of
charge in most cases.
Do you look after domestic computers?
Unfortunately we don't offer services for domestic
customers, although please contact us if you are experiencing difficulties as we
may be able to point you in the direction of a local company who will be able to
provide you with the services you need.
Will you liaise with our software vendor?
Yes, in today's environment it is vital for companies to
obtain the correct software with which to run their business. To this end we
provide our clients with a liaison service in order to provide the technical
expertise when companies need it, we act as a "go between" in order to prevent
mistakes being made or specific details being "lost in translation".
Do you offer a free quotation service?
